A question re: blogging

Thu Jun 12, 2008, 1:10 PM
My ladyfriend suggested recently that I should start a blog and I've found the idea intriguing. I haven't done much writing in a while due to real life pressures, as well as a deadly combination of laziness and depression, but perhaps this is the sort of thing that could encourage me to get back in the habit. I don't know yet what I'd write about, but I expect I'd mainly talk about things of interest to me as an admirer of the chubby ladies, random musings and navel-gazing on weight-related topics, and perhaps some sporadic fiction. At least, sporadic at first - I hope that this might be a way to get excited about writing again, so that sitting down to type won't be like pulling teeth:) Anyway, I'm just curious if there's any audience out there for something like that or if I'd just be talking to myself.

Because, I'll admit it, I am a huge attention whore :)

I think it would be a smart move to make a blog. Hell, I'd make sure to show up for the updates.

Realistic grass effects? lifelike character movement? Pff, screw you, Next-gen. I'm sticking with Phantasy Star II and Dragon Warrior.

I'm that retro, ok?
It'd definitely be on my list of things to check out too. I find your stories so well written that I'd be very curious to see some of your other, larger thoughts on BBW related topics. If it helps write fiction again, then that's great too if you're looking to get back in the swing of things!

Oh, and I've recently found my creative side by basically being stuck in a bland office with nothing to do. Amazing how well one writes in such a situation. Occasionally I want to pull an Alison Janney from "10 Things I Hate About You" and call across the hall, "Hey Cheryl! What's another word for engorged?"
MC, you know I'd go there every day! And depression? You and I need to talk because you know I've been going through some rough stuff too. I love hearing your thoughts on everything. :)

Depression ? my, hope you'll get back your happiness, I really miss your stories, and that's a little to sad to hear that you're not in a very good mood. Cheer up ! And encourage yourself to go back on some activities that may make you forget for a moment real life struggles.
I agree with the others, you have such a great mind for the scene that I would live to read your thoughts on it.
I'm also in favor of a greater M-themed web presence. :)
It would be interesting.

Salesman:What's wrong with him?
Customer:He's dead.
i think its good to have a blog you can say how you feel and put it out there for people to help you through it if yo want and it can also be a personal release in private
